About TopTypingTest
Professional typing assessment for data entry, accounting, and office professionals.
What We Are
TopTypingTest.com is a professional typing assessment platform built specifically for 10-key number pad speed and data entry skills. Unlike generic typing websites that focus on words-per-minute benchmarks, we focus on the metrics that matter in finance, accounting, payroll, and office administration roles - keystrokes per hour (KPH), data entry accuracy, and professional assessment readiness.
Our tests are designed for accountants, bookkeepers, payroll clerks, data entry operators, and administrative assistants - people who need to demonstrate and improve measurable, job-relevant typing skills.
What We Test
Our Approach
Most online typing tests are built for entertainment or general skill practice. TopTypingTest is built with a different purpose: helping people prepare for and pass professional typing assessments that are a real requirement in recruitment for accounting, finance, and data entry roles.
Every test metric, benchmark, and piece of guidance on this site is grounded in real employer requirements. The KPH thresholds we reference are drawn from actual job listings. The practice advice in our learning centre reflects how skills assessors actually score candidates.
Test results and personal bests are stored in your browser - nothing is sent to a server. You can test as many times as you like, without an account, for free.
