Type digits across the top of the keyboard. Each number key sits directly above its home-row or top-row finger — practice reaching without looking.

Map each number to the finger below it: left pinky → 1, ring → 2, middle → 3, index → 4 and 5; right index → 6 and 7, middle → 8, ring → 9, pinky stretches for 0. Never look down — reach and return.
